I have been fighting chronic neck pain.... Where you wake up and have a head ache that is completely related to how you slept. I've tried just about everything and figured why the heck not..... Best decision. Sleep great, don't toss and turn trying to get comfortable and I can sleep any position comfortably.

I like this very much. I would love to love this, but it is not like crazy-awesome. To be honest, I wish that when I ordered, I had noticed there was the Pro model, I definitely would've ordered that. Although - it is possible, that since I have a small frame, my head would not fall into that hole - that is generally my problem with all these shaped pillows, that my neck is not long enough. But with this pillow that is not an issue. I don't notice anything crazy awesome, when I lay my head down, but it is nice. And my 11 y-o son sure does love this (and I give him hell for laying his smelly pre teen head on mom's pillow) - I'm thinking of ordering him one, too - or it would be even better, if Kenko made one in Kids' proportions. :)

I went to a chiropractor and he said I need to stretch my neck out more and they had one of these in their office. So easy to use. I just lay it down on the floor, I lay a pad down since I don't have carpet and just lay down on it. I'm able to get a really good stretch on my neck without over stretching or moving it. I lay on it for about 15-20 minutes occasionally changing my neck position. The stretch I get from this has really helped alleviate a lot of pain I was having. I'm having less headaches as well.

This really helps with the tension in my neck. I’ve been using pretty much everyday since I got it. I sit at a desk all day and have constant should and neck pain. A great product with the neck and shoulder relaxer, I have been suffering a sudden pain in my neck / shoulder, then I come home and put on this for relaxing, a few minutes later, the pain is gone, will do it more often to relax my muscle.

Instead of curving like a normal neck, my neck is straight and the nerves in my neck are constantly being pinched. Causing me to have severe headaches and knots. If I feel the pain the pain coming on, I lay down with this thing for a good 20-30 mins. Besides chiropractic adjustments, this is the only thing that has given me any relief.

Honestly, I have been suffering with neck pain from work - and also from stress because of the current situation. I've been going to PT and also had dry needling, massage, etc. This little item doesn't look like much, but if I lie on the floor or in bed for just 1/2 hour before going to bed - it takes all the strain off my neck for that little bit - and I can sleep much better. I bought this gadget because i was willing to try ANYTHING to relieve my immobilizing headaches due to neck pain. ****IT WORKS****. I've since given it to several people as gifts and we all agree. I usually just lie on floor for about 10-15 minutes and it gently supportively gives a nice stretch and stabilization no neck pilllow has ever done for me. I feel so much better after a short stint using it. To me, it's better on the floor. On the soft surface of a bed, it can't really stay in place and do it's job.

I have been having issues with my neck and upper back for a while. Although this product does not "cure" the strain and tightness that I have, it does help to relieve it. i have been diagnosed through xrays with straight neck which gives me tension headaches & pain. in addition to the chiropractor, to hopefully restore the curve, i use this for 15 mins when in pain then follow it with 15 mins of ice. it works pretty well to give relief, for me at least. my boyfriend also uses it for his neck when he comes over so he ordered one for himself.

This works well, starting to feel a difference after using for about a week

Before my neck surgery, this was the only thing that relieved my shoulder and arm pain. after surgery, it helped relax the tension left in my shoulders. It looks awkward but it really works. So much so, it's easy to fall asleep with it.

Bought this on a whim to help with severe neck pain that causes migraines. Was pleasantly surprised that it helps to stretch my neck in a supported way. I’ve gotten decompression before for my neck and this simulates that a bit. Not a cure by any means but it helps.

This little device is surprisingly effective. As a person with cervical stenosis, I have a full traction collar, too, and I wouldn’t say this device could take its place, but it does provide a comfortable and effective neck stretch, and is even great to use upright when driving. If you’re just looking to relieve some average neck tension, I’d give it a shot. It’s really quite nice.

I've seen a bunch of ads for a neck hammock and was intrigued but opted for this item instead because you can lay it on the floor. It is magical! I suffer from neck pain and headaches and laying on this reminds me when my chiropractor pulls on the base of my skull and helps with the pain and tension. Easy to use and nothing to put together. The blue foam contours to your neck perfectly and its small enough to store away somewhere too.

Great packaging, it’s in a prefect condition. I got a nice white looking one. When I was first trying it, i feel like I was being Shock by electric in a good way. It moves my neck’s muscles. Once i get use to it, i totally enjoy it. It is quite, light way and good looking. I use it more than twice a day. It’s prefect for people who work in front of the computer who works for long time or for people who play card games for a while.

Not going to lie, it took my neck a while to adjust to this pillow. It softens over time after the first couple of weeks, then is perfect.

I bought a new mattress last year and although I like it, my neck and shoulders were sore every morning. At first I thought my mattress was the problem, but the more I researched, the culprit was my pillow. My old contour pillows had lost their shape and could not support my head any more. Over the past year, I tried 5 different pillows - contours, memory foams, really expensive Tempur-pedic ones, you name it. They all made my neck sore. I needed a pillow that wouldn't be too high or too hard. I ordered this pillow because it was a reasonable price and the design looked interesting, although I didn't want to get my hopes up. After the first night, my neck wasn't sore. It still felt a little high so I took out the insert. That totally made a difference. The pillow is soft without feeling too flat. My neck and shoulders aren't sore any more. I'm so glad I can stop my search for a pillow.

I've been having chronic migraines since I was a preteen, and over the last year of really tracking with the Migraine Buddy app to learn about them, I've determined that my neck seems to be a common main factor in pain. Bought these pillows a month and a half ago, in hopes that I could stop waking up with migraines that last sometimes last for days. It seems like I’m buying or trying out new pillows once or twice every year, trying to find “the one,” and being pregnant now, finding the right one has been a really big chore. I tend to start off on my back when I go to bed, and then switch sides throughout the night, and I sometimes end up on my stomach, but now I’m limited to side sleeping, which is best in later pregnancy. I never felt like I got the right neck support with other pillows—I’d always just sink in and go flat or not get enough “sinkage” and couldn’t settle in—so the shape of this pillow seemed novel, and I figured it was worth a shot, even though it looked a bit flat and uncomfortable. Turns out, it’s actually really comfortable and it’s really helped me sleep better. The foam material has just enough firmness to hold its shape but it’s soft enough to sink into just enough.

This is so easy to use!!! I usually puts my muscle stimulation massager on when my muscles are sore and tense. It gets annoying with all the lines that are connected. Most of the time I fall asleep with it and they just get tangled. With this I don't need to worry about that. Ignore all the reviews that say this is product produces a weak massage (my favorite mode). They didn't read the instructions. To feel any results, your neck needs to be damp. For best results, your neck needs to be WET. I have a lot of pain and stiffness in my neck to the extent that I can barely turn my head side to side. I noticed an immediate improvement after the first use and it's gotten incrementally better each time I've used the product.

I have a very tight muscle from stress and computer work that runs from the base of my skull straight down through my right shoulder blade and on a little further. Because I have Meniere's, it's vital I keep my neck muscles relaxed to keep pressure off my ears. This pillow is a Godsend. I've been an obligate side-sleeper for nearly 2 decades now because of scoliosis in my spine, and my shoulders and neck would get so cramped up that I would wake up in the middle night in horrible pain. Oh how we really love this neck massager! The whole family! Husband and I work a ton in front of the computer and our neck always gets so stiff and sore. We just love putting this massager on our neck while watching TV in the night. It did feel a little weird first time though. Just be careful not to put it on high first if you don’t know how strong you can take because it may creat involuntary muscle spasm while using it. It’s such a weird feeling! Lol! Father had shoulder surgery and he loves it too. I’m thinking about getting one for him as Christmas gift.

This is by far the best pillow I have used before!!! I tried all kinds of pillows, kind that stuffed with small blocks or a whole pillow shape, but they all going to be loosen and not able to give enough support for neck. Thus pillow is just the perfect one, it has a special shape first placing the neck and the material used inside the pillow is just amazing!!!Ever since I used this pillow, I have never felt neck pain anyone. I suffer from a bunch of migraines caused by a stressful job. First impression this dude is way sturdier and bigger than I figured it would’ve been. I used it to help ease up some of the knots and tension I carry in my shoulders and neck.Me on the other hand I love deep tissue massage. I’m very impressed.

Great pillows! I started going to the chiropractor and they suggested neck support pillows. They are excellent! First you have to get used to them, but you will notice the difference of the support on your neck vs. traditional pillows immediately; I love the support all the way down to my shoulder! Traditional pillows promote bad posture as they are not meant for proper neck support and alignment while sleeping / laying down.

I have had neck pain for years and have tried a dozen pillows at various price points and construction. This pillow is better than ordinary pillows from a typical superstore. It didn’t magically relieve all my pain; however, it doesn’t make it worse. I have a small frame and sleep on my back. If the pillow was slightly less thick it would maybe suit me better.

I bought this pillow out of desperation after suffering with neck pain for years. I have had whiplash three times. I have to go to the chiropractor quite often to get my neck put back in. I though I received a broken product. However, I just misused it. First of all, I need to gently wet my neck area before putting on the massager . Then, push the start button. I feel comfortable to use this neck massager, and it feels like electricity flows through my neck, relaxing my neck muscles. Both my husband and I like this Intelligent Portable Neck Massage very much. It's made of silica gel and it's very soft to wear around the neck without any burden and it's very light. It has three massage modes. My favorite is its heating function combined with electrical pulse therapy. It really relieves neck pain.

It's good massager for anywhere you want to use really useful with heat and vibration mode just use the remote to switch easy to use nice designed and packaging so far so good I used that for driving that's great for me !!

This neck massager is really worth buying. It can not only stimulate muscles through EMS to achieve the relaxing effect, but also has the heating function. It can be used together with the massage function or alone, I like both ways. And the battery life is very good, a charge can be used for a long time.
