Can't say much to the results yet, because TBH, getting down to the floor, due to broken leg and hurt back issues is so difficult, that I find excuses not to use this. I've even been trying to come up with ways how I could use this in bed. Anyway - as such, I have no doubt that this works. My lower back started hurting this spring (have had neck and thoratic spine stiffness and pain for years, but this was a first for persistent lower back pain), and after some weeks of sick leave, I came here for a solution. In the beginning, even though I was using only level 1, the board bent instead of my back giving in... And breathing was so hard. Lots of progress to be done on this thing. If only I could do it in bed. :D

It really feels great... Especially on my lower back and lumbar area. I've moved it around most of my body and it feels great everywhere. It is a bit "lumpy" in the neck area, mostly because it's such a boney area, so I put it on low there. The only downside is not knowing what settings I'm on. I cannot tell by any light (or any other way) that the heater is on or not.

I'd give it the whole 5 stars but with the pandemic shipping took a bit longer than expected.

It's perfect! The sleeve itself is thick, very soft and comfortable to wear, and the separate wrap has allowed me to adjust not only for fit but also the location of where I want the most pressure applied. Fyi, given it's thick it might be tough to wear with a loafer type shoe but would likely be fine w/lace ups or slides.

Very pleased with this cushion. I spend a lot of time sitting on a hard chair at my computer. Had a hard time finding a cushion to fit my chair. Most are a little too large, fore & aft, and often it's hard to find dimensions. Memory foam firmness works well for 160 - pound person and price is right. Non-slip bottom effectiveness was a little disappointing. Much improved by attaching a couple of squares of coarse sandpaper to chair with two sided tape. Only time will tell durability, but construction seems to be sturdy.

Honestly, I thought this was a gimmick when it was all over my social media. I was thinking ‘how could this little blue thing do anything for my headaches’ – well I was wrong. Two weeks in and my neck feels looser and I haven’t had a headache. Here’s hoping it continues.

Honestly, I have been suffering with neck pain from work - and also from stress because of the current situation. I've been going to PT and also had dry needling, massage, etc. This little item doesn't look like much, but if I lie on the floor or in bed for just 1/2 hour before going to bed - it takes all the strain off my neck for that little bit - and I can sleep much better. Love it!

Literally after 5 minutes of using this my back pain was gone. Recommended for other cubicle dwellers like me who sit on their rears all day and have lower back issues. Doubtful this is something to use for serious issues, but for the stiffness of sedentary office working that starts to pull at my back this is a godsend.

My pain level was a 10. That evening my back stretcher came. I kept the arch pretty low. The peak of the arch was just a little over 2 inches. I laid on the stretcher for 5 minutes. When I got up the pain was 80% better! The next day the pain was 100% better!

I use the stretcher everyday. The lower back pain is gone. The SI joint pain comes and goes. Some days the pain is a 0 and others maybe a 1 or 2 after I use the unit. However, chiropractic does help as well as other stretches, using a foam roller or wearing one of the belts to bring the pain down to zero. I told my chiropractor about the unit. He said it was a good idea to get the curve back into my lower spine.

The sleeve is easy to use. Slide on the sock and wrap the elastic band once. It has a nice tight fit without squeezing my foot or leg as the sports wrap sometimes did. It also is not bulky like a sports wrap so I can wear my shoes.

I got this for my husband to help relief his back pain. He doesnt use it often but when he does he is able to feel some relief. He hasnt used the highest level yet because he feels discomfort close to his coxis. I would recommend for just a quick "pick me up" but not for prolonged use.

Just received it and already love it! Using it as a lumbar support for now. The build quality seems to be good and the arching mechanism is based on a metal screw turn which is better in theory than just curving a piece of plastic to hold over a plastic tab. Screw it clockwise for more arching and anti-clockwise for less. Long term update will be given later.

I was surprised at how sturdy this was. I was having debilitating headaches from poor posture and tmj dysfunction. After one use, I was much more comfortable. I'm amazed!

Very simple to assemble, just two pieces to put in place. I slipped L4 and L5. The first (lowest) and second level did nothing for me, so the third (highest) level is the best and provides the stretch I need. I have been using this daily 5 minutes for about a week now, so thought I don’t see immediate results, it does feel good coming off it. I roll to my side to get up. It’s so simple that I can’t believe it’s $30~ but guess that’s the average price range.

When I was originally looking at the product I must admit I was a but skeptical. After going to their website and watching testimonials I was suckered in, but I must say this thing is great. After using it a few times, I can feel my stomach is very comfortable. It will be a little itches, but I think it is normal, because your blood is circulating. Five stars for fast delivery. This is a perfect solution for my driving need. My lower back starts to feel uncomfortable when driving for more than 20 mins. Upon using it for the first time I could feel the tension I had been feeling for so long on my neck and shoulders slowly release the pressure and tension. I have lower back pain, I have it set on the 2nd notch. I consider myself semi limber I do daily lower back stretches but when I used this lumbar stretch tool it was amazing. I really needed something that doesn’t take a lot of spaces, plus portable. This stretcher works! I use it every night after a long day of work. It was painful at first use, but after using it everyday it becomes comfortable to lay on for a longer time. Also sitting with it on a chair relives and stretches my mid back. For first timer users, Looks like it was made out of good quality plastic, height.

I am thrilled with the results I’ve obtained with just 10 minutes use daily. I’ve only recently received my order yet I plan to work up to twice daily usage. I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!! So much in fact this is the second one I bought. I bought one for my elderly father as well. We both suffer from excruciating migraines. Since using this I have had less frequent headaches and so has he. When I feel a really bad one coming on I take my medication and grab this and within 10 to 15 minutes the headache is either gone or I am getting relief.

Overall I really love this pillow! It came very compressed and expanded to its full size in about 5 minutes. The memory foam feels really good, I think it's the perfect blend of soft and conforming yet still very supportive. I'm a side sleeper, so the pillow shape gave be great support; I usually wake up with shoulder/neck soreness with my old pillow, but I had none of that with this pillow. I highly recommend it.

A very uniquely shaped pillow that perfect for people who want to be able to sleep on their side as well as their back. The long, non-flat shape makes it very easy for you to use the center of the pillow for the back of your head, and easily roll over onto the higher, firmer part of the pillow for the side of your head. I move around a lot while I sleep and this helps me stay comfortable regardless of how I am laying down. One feature that surprised me is how protected the foam is.

The product is simple to set up and use. It does provide a degree of relief and it is great for stretching out the back and increasing mobility. I have sciatica and it provides a bit of relief but the pain is less, but still present. On the other hand it's still early days in terms of usage, so thing with the pain may get better.

Good for a neck stretch. I use mine for about 10 min a day. It has some cushion but is pretty firm and needs to be in order to retain it's shape to do what it's supposed to do. Even with that, it's tolerable for 10 min at least. Would recommend if you have neck pain or tension.

I have had tightness in my calves for a couple of years now. I've tried all sorts of gadgets to relieve to soreness and knots. At 49 yrs old, sleep is hard to come by due to the pain in my legs. I promise, for the money, this is worth your time. Easy to use, battery life seems good, attachments all in order and most of all...it really seems to be working. i'm an actual/real older dude that needed relief and i'm using at bedtime every night. My PT has the professional model and it's the reason i bought this one. Seriously, it's worth the money...

Simple device and it works. I have a neck issue and tried a couple of traction devices. I tried the one hanging from the door jam which is good but not convenient. I tried the blow up neck collar and it works but felt like I was going to pass out from lack of oxygen when I cranked up the traction. This blue device which I purchased as a last resort works the best for my lower neck disc problem. I use as directed about 20-25 minutes, then roll off it and nap for about 20 minutes in same position without the device. It's not painless but you can feel it working and the nap seems to keep the relaxation of the neck maintained.

I've been suffering from piriformis syndrome for about a week or so due to a running injury and it's been causing nerve pain down both legs. This thing has been great at helping to get to the tight muscle that is causing all this.
