Used for about 4days. Almost instant relief from chronic neck and shoulder pain and improved mobility. BUT sudden onset of vertigo. I am not using now and seeking medical advice. Vertigo has eased off.

I have lower back pain, I have it set on the 2nd notch. I consider myself semi limber I do daily lower back stretches but when I used this lumbar stretch tool it was amazing. I could feel it stretching, not painful but it was stretching my lower back. I also felt a subtle stretch along my legs too. Today is day 4 of using it daily for 5 minutes. Tomorrow I plan to use it morning and evening for at least 5 minutes each time.

I opened the package and immediately put it behind my neck while watching the game! I'm going to order the small one now! This is the best thing since sliced bread!

I would highly recommend the kenko neck cloud for anyone interested in a cervical traction device. After using it I feel taller and the tension in my neck and shoulders is gone; my posture has improved. It is easy to take when traveling and and I look forward to the several minutes of stretching it requires. The customer service is amazing. I ordered two great products for the neck and back. Considering Covid and the fact that I live in New Zealand, both products arrived in good time and condition. I am very impressed with the service and personal attention this firm gives to its clients. They deserve to be successful.

My neck is usually very stiff. Since using the Neck cloud my neck has become much freer. The neck cloud releases the tension in my neck and gives a gentle massage. I have already bought 2 more for family and have recommended it to 2 of my friends. In fact I can’t stop talking about it!

I have MS and experience neck pain due head dropping. Only 10 minutes a day makes a difference. Highly recommend the neck cloud.

The neck cloud x 2 - one each for me and hubby and we like them. They do smell funny even after being left out to air for almost a week but we'll forgive that since they deliver on relieving neck and back pain which is an appreciated blessing. We have been using them 10 mins per day, every day with great results. Neither of us are completely pain free but both have had great improvements after 5 days.

I’ve been having back pain for years, this is really helping. When I first received this product, I thought it will be really stiff and not gonna be that comfortable. But I was wrong, the soft cushion in the center made me feel like I’m laying on bed with the back support.

This product works great. It has 3 modes for stretching, I found the first mode too lame and the third one a bit too uncomfortable. I use the second one almost exclusively. Have scoliosis and I recently read that opening up those joints is a great thing and can help with posture and make you a bit taller so I purchased this product with that in mind. I don't necessarily have pain but I do have uncomfortable times when I feel my back needs to crack.

The neck stretch is fantastic. As you start your stretching, you can can hear your neck aligning. Just a few minutes a day has made an incredible difference on alleviating the neck pain.

Bought a Neck Cloud last month and absolutely love it. Took a bit to get used to, but I'm glad I pushed through. The range of motion in my neck has definitely improved and it’s not as stiff as before. Just bought a snooze pillow to replace my current one and see if that helps even more. Definitely recommend the neck cloud though

I love this thing. My neck, cervical muscle and headache situation could not be more complicated, so I was definitely not waiting for a miracle, but - I love this thing. I especially love, that I can use it on the sofa and on the bed - I don't need a hard surface. I can just take it anywhere where I lay down at the end of the day, and lay down and relax. More often than not I fall asleep on top of it, and then just pull it off at some point - amazed at how my head feels weightless. I had my neurologist appointment today, and he said, that my cervical muscles feel less tense than before. I don't feel the difference in my headaches (yet), but I'm the most tense person in the universe, so - that's high praise.

Can't say much to the results yet, because TBH, getting down to the floor, due to broken leg and hurt back issues is so difficult, that I find excuses not to use this. I've even been trying to come up with ways how I could use this in bed. Anyway - as such, I have no doubt that this works. My lower back started hurting this spring (have had neck and thoratic spine stiffness and pain for years, but this was a first for persistent lower back pain), and after some weeks of sick leave, I came here for a solution. In the beginning, even though I was using only level 1, the board bent instead of my back giving in... And breathing was so hard. Lots of progress to be done on this thing. If only I could do it in bed. :D

I used the Neck Cloud for the first time today; 5 mins in the concave position and 10 mins in the convex. I have SEVERE TMJ and this has *already* helped relieve a lot of tension & improve alignment in my jaw & neck!! I have had little to no relief with generic mouth guards in the past and my insurance doesn’t cover the more expensive, customized guards; Financially, the Neck Cloud ended up being the most accessible option and completely worth it!!

I suffer from upper back and neck pain due to computer usage. I have been undergoing physiotherapy treatment so have been doing stretching and other exercises along with using massage balls. It all helps but there was still a lingering pain until I bought this neck stretcher. Ever since I started using it ( around 3 weeks now), I feel much better. I use it to relax my neck every hour (may vary for someone else). Would definitely recommend it but if it hurts stop using it. It works for me!

One thing I didn't like was that it felt a bit hard at the neck so I put a towel over it before using. Work well without any discomfort.

I was actually trying to figure out if you guys replace them if they are broken. I had 2 of them and they both cracked on me within the 4 months that I had them. They definitely do work and I was super bummed out when they broke. Pretty much bent and eventually cracked after continued use. Any info would be greatly appreciated

I have had my cervical spine out of alignment for years and its been causing me the occasional headaches...all due to years of sitting in front of the computer and slouching too much...unknowingly. In time, the damage will only get worse so when I found this neck stretcher, I thought why not try it out. Been using it for a few days now and it definitely helps stretch the spine and relieves the pressure on the nerves.....haven't felt this much relief in a while, with fewer headache episodes. I think overall, the quality is pretty good as it does what it's supposed to. I would agree with one of the other reviewers that when you set it on the biggest stretch that it becomes difficult to go back to the lower levels and it'll pop out. I'm fine with this as I am now using the 3rd level anyway and will most likely stick to this level from now on. Came well packaged and fast.

Mine has just been delivered, seeing my osteopath every 3 weeks is getting expensive and does not last. I have degeneration of C6/7 and sit in front of a PC all day, 5 days a week, I have literally tried in on my office floor and and bottom of back cracked and I can feel the difference already after 2 minutes. I have the pillow and back stregh which I use every morning so this means I am doing all I can to support my health. I suffer from pin and needles most mornings down my right arm and so I will report back in one month to see how much this has improved. Karen

I've been hunched at a desk job for 20 years and have constant back pain. This device is amazing to relax into after 9-10 hours sitting.

Literally after 5 minutes of using this my back pain was gone. Recommended for other cubicle dwellers like me who sit on their rears all day and have lower back issues. Doubtful this is something to use for serious issues, but for the stiffness of sedentary office working that starts to pull at my back this is a godsend.

I didn't think this could be the solution I was looking for but I was willing to give it a shot. The other options were the neck sling, which looks totally effective but something about hanging my head by the door urks me...and a vertical table, which I've used and LOVE but its extra af (meaning I don't have space for that crazy contraption maybe when I'm 50). Most importantly, I needed something portable.

I love this neck rest. My neck and shoulders feel so much better now that I use this product. I just love it. So much stress is held in my neck and shoulders. Exercise seems to make it worse so I took a chance on this neck device and I am so glad that I did. I lay on the floor with it for about 5 mins a day. I sleep better too.

It really helped relax my neck muscles and alleviated the pain that I have had to deal with having cervical disc disease. This will be my go-to pillow every evening for 30 minutes before going to bed. I highly recommend this and also bought one for my brother who also has cervical disc problems too.

I've had neck issues with a spur for a number of years. It got to the point if I raised my head a certain way, I'd get severe pain radiating to the upper part of my chest. Using this for a few weeks has made all the difference in the world. I just use it for 10 minutes a day and it repositions the curve of the neck to the correct alignment.

I was having regular chiropractor appointments and taking pain killers. I saw a Facebook ad for this device and it has changed my life.

I’ve had shoulder and neck pain ever since college rowing, when there were days I would wake up unable to move my head. A week or so ago, it got really bad again. It doesn’t help that I’m a side sleeper, have awful posture, sit at a desk more than ever, and tote around a two year old who is built like a tank. I went out for a run one day and was so sick from the pain that I was vomiting on the side of the trail. I could barely walk home, trying to keep my head from moving, and have had a debilitating headache ever since. I broke out the TENS unit, tried heat, meds, stretching. All of it. When I went online to purchase replacement pads for the TENS, I found this cervical traction pillow. I have had more relief from a few days with this weird looking foam thing than anything else I’ve tried in the past 18 years.

I was skeptical at first but within 3 days the nerve pain from my Sciatica was gone.

Honestly, I thought this was a gimmick when it was all over my social media. I was thinking ‘how could this little blue thing do anything for my headaches’ – well I was wrong. Two weeks in and my neck feels looser and I haven’t had a headache. Here’s hoping it continues.

As soon as I laid back on it, I heard/felt several pops in my neck. And then that happened a couple more times while using it. Try to stay still while using it, and not turn or move your neck around. When I sat back up after 10 minutes, I had a strange/intense heat sensation in the back of my neck. It was not painful, but very strong, and I took that as a good sign. I am very curious what that meant if anyone knows! After that passed, I started to move my neck around and stretch it some and it was noticeably looser - I thought my head was going to roll right of my body compared to how tight it was before.

After completing 12 weeks of Chiropractic treatments my Dr suggested I order this pillow to help with at home support of my neck and spinal alignments.After 2 weeks of no more dr visits I was anxious to receive the pillow. I ordered this because I have not been able to attend my weekly PT appointments die to Covid-19. My therapist usually does some traction and massage Amon my neck and shoulders to keep the area calm and my TMJ at bay. Unfortunately, without his help, I've been getting worse. That drive me to search online for something that might help. It has been one week so far. It seems to help! It is great to take a hot shower afterwards and let your muscles absorb the heat. I have high hopes that as my muscles start to relax that this little device will keep me in superior shape.

This has significantly helped me. I have been using this for about two days and I not only rest on it but I squeeze to the sides and rotate while pressing against the sides so that I get a slight message around the bottom sides of head just behind the ears. After doing this my tinnitus has disappeared and swelling on the sternomastoid muscle has decreased. Five years of discomfort and pain gone. Amazing!

I don’t know how it works but it does. I have a herniated disc in my neck that makes my left arm numb and painful, and using this 10 minutes a day has largely removed that pain. It’s not a cure. If I go too long without using, it it’ll come back. But maybe as a part of other stretches and exercises this could be a long term fix.

Very simple to assemble, just two pieces to put in place. I slipped L4 and L5. The first (lowest) and second level did nothing for me, so the third (highest) level is the best and provides the stretch I need. I have been using this daily 5 minutes for about a week now, so thought I don’t see immediate results, it does feel good coming off it. I roll to my side to get up. It’s so simple that I can’t believe it’s $30~ but guess that’s the average price range.

I was surprised at how sturdy this was. I was having debilitating headaches from poor posture and tmj dysfunction. After one use, I was much more comfortable. I'm amazed!

Upon using it for the first time I could feel the tension I had been feeling for so long on my neck and shoulders slowly release the pressure and tension. I bought this as a sufferer of chronic back pain, hoping it would help manage the condition. I have to say I am very happy with the results. The first time I used this was a bit difficult and quite uncomfortable... I think it was due to years of poor posture, lack of stretching, and a weak core. It was tough to be on it even for the recommended 5 minutes... even on the lowest setting. However I kept at it, and started using this daily (sometimes twice in a day), and I've noticed a SIGNIFICANT reduction in back pain along with improved flexibility. Some days I'm able to spend ~15 minutes on it in one session - which sets me up nicely for a day practically free of pain.

My wife asked me to buy this for her. It's quite hard to set/bend initially, but after getting in the groove of how to, I can easily change the setting. This really works to help alleviate tension from my neck and inner shoulders! It's also doesn't get too hot or itchy like some of the other cervical traction devices I've tried. You can hit different pressure points depending on how you place it under your neck. Would highly recommend!

I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!! So much in fact this is the second one I bought. I bought one for my elderly father as well. We both suffer from excruciating migraines. Since using this I have had less frequent headaches and so has he. I have this new job that has terrible office chairs, flat back rest and thin cushions. My Thoracic and Lumbar have been killing me which in turn effects my Cervical thus giving me migraines. BOY - the first time I used this, I could barely get off the floor because of the searing pain my neck. I emailed my chiro (a close friend) and told him he was out of his mind for recommending this for my "military neck". He said I could ice it but to continue to use it to promote curvature in my neck. After a few days, the pain subsided and I've noticed less work and soreness in my traps from my neck muscles pulling.

The product is simple to set up and use. It does provide a degree of relief and it is great for stretching out the back and increasing mobility. I have sciatica and it provides a bit of relief but the pain is less, but still present. On the other hand it's still early days in terms of usage, so thing with the pain may get better.

This product gave me instant relief in the arch of my neck. I have arthritis in my neck ask well as Kyphosis. It helps to stretch the muscles out & align neck properly.

Good for a neck stretch. I use mine for about 10 min a day. It has some cushion but is pretty firm and needs to be in order to retain it's shape to do what it's supposed to do. Even with that, it's tolerable for 10 min at least. Would recommend if you have neck pain or tension.

WOW! Tried it as soon as I took ot out of the box, my neck settled as soon as I laid down, had a sensation of a cold and hot wave running up and down my neck to the back of my head like blood was finally flowing in that area again. My neck was so tight I had to be a little careful with movements while using it, but the feeling during and after was unbelievable!!!

This little neck relaxer really helps. Looking at computers and cell phones can really cause havoc on the neck and shoulders. I have been doing neck stretches and yoga stretches for awhile. I saw a review on this device and thought I would add it to my nightly ritual. It actually makes a difference. I just lay on it for about 5 mins almost every night and it really helps with the little aches and pains and tightness. Which overall helps with my posture.

Simple device and it works. I have a neck issue and tried a couple of traction devices. I tried the one hanging from the door jam which is good but not convenient. I tried the blow up neck collar and it works but felt like I was going to pass out from lack of oxygen when I cranked up the traction. This blue device which I purchased as a last resort works the best for my lower neck disc problem. I use as directed about 20-25 minutes, then roll off it and nap for about 20 minutes in same position without the device. It's not painless but you can feel it working and the nap seems to keep the relaxation of the neck maintained.

I suffer from tension headaches, as does my son. We both tried these simple cervical traction pillows and it instantly relieved a lot of the tension in our neck and shoulders.
